22-Year-Old Brandon Man Pleads Guilty to Aggravated Domestic Violence

Rankin County - Madison and Rankin Counties’ District Attorney Bubba Bramlett announced that James Dylan Little, 22, of Brandon, has pled guilty to Aggravated Domestic Violence. Little was sentenced to twenty (20) years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC), with ten (10) of those years to serve, and the final ten (10) years suspended. Upon his release, Little will be supervised by the Mississippi Department of Corrections for five (5) years. Little was also ordered to have no contact with the victim. 

On April 28, 2024, the Brandon Police Department responded to a 911 call made by a concerned neighbor of the victim. Upon arrival, officers observed that the victim had sustained significant injuries. Paramedics were called to the scene and transported the victim to the hospital for treatment. Based on the evidence, Little was arrested for Aggravated Domestic Violence.
